The young trumpet player won several first prizes in the national competition "Jugend Musiziert" for ensemble and solo playing. In the Deutsches Musikwettbewerb 2013 he won a scholarship for the "Bundesauswahl Konzerte junger Künstler" which provided him with concerts in the whole of Germany in the 2014/2015 season. At the beginning of 2015 he won the third prize in the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Hochschul-wettbewerb.
