Claire Wells, born in 2001 in the United States, began her violin studies at the age of 16 at the Yehudi Menuhin School with Lutsia Ibragimova. She then continued her studies with Mihaela Martin, first at the University of Music and Dance Cologne and, since 2022, at the Kronberg Academy. Solo performances have taken her to venues such as Wigmore Hall, Teatro Degollado, and the Konzerthaus Berlin. As a soloist, she performs with renowned orchestras including the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, and the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra.

Claire has won major prizes at international competitions, including first prize at the Mendelssohn Bartholdy Competition in 2021 and second prize at the Michael Hill International Violin Competition in 2023. Her passion for chamber music has led her to prestigious festivals such as Chamber Music Northwest, the Gstaad Menuhin Festival, the Krzyżowa Music Festival, and the Verbier Festival. She performs with world-renowned musicians including Christian Tetzlaff, Lars Anders Tomter, and Enrico Pace.
